As, the technologies develop, form of art is also changing. When I was child, computers were not very common in our society. No one could really imagine the fact that the computers are going to be a huge part of our life in modern society. These days, computers can handle almost every work that we do.
I always had interest in photography and film making. I was not very good in drawings, I went in to photography. I started photography from high school, starting with a film camera. Taking photographs, and processing the film and papers, were a huge pain. I realized how digital cameras were innovations to the world of photographs.
Modern society puts significant rules for copyrights to protect original art works. A lot of the technologies are used to protect these copyrights. For example, many people in modern days earn money from youtube. They either make their own videos or songs to get thousands of views to earn money. Some people even copy and paste or take others video and reupload in order to earn views and money. However, youtube has a stirct rule to protect the original works. For example, their technology monitors every video uploading and try to match with other existing videos to see whether it is same or not. This includes videos, sound, images, etc. By doing this, youtube is trying their best to protect original works.
It is vey important to protect, but also the rule is very hard to understand in some situations. The comic even mentions that some of the original artworks are forced to put down because they are similar to the other art work, whether or not the author intended it or not. I believe that these situations are sometimes unfair. I hope that the technologies and rules develop furthermore and be able to help these situations more.

Write a description of one of the following photographs. Imagine you were describing it to someone over the phone and you want them to have a good understanding of the contents of the photo, but also the "feel" of the work. Your description should be 200-400 words.
- There is a male violinist in the middle of the picture, wearing a brownish red tuxedo with a white y-shirt. Man is very well dressed and has a violin on his hand along with the bow. The violin has a dark brownish color. While the man is playing the violin, the man is looking directly at you. He is on a tree branch which seems to come out from a old healthy tree. Leaves are green and seemed to be securing the man's position. The branches and leaves are covering the spaces behind the man that it is covering the view of sky. It seems very calm until you realize that there are few birds around the man. These birds are not ordinary birds. They are skeleton. Now that you noticed the birds, the picture seems to look gloomy. It contains life, but also death is always around life. Seven of these skeleton birds are gathered around the violinist giving you the feeling that these birds are singing along with the song that the man is playing. However, you ask yourself, these birds are skeleton, having no lungs nor throats, can they sing? or are they making silent laughs towards life?.

but this was the only option that fitted my theme
- the deck of this ship is wood, so having difficulty in coloring.

I took a lot of videos from Utah over the weekend,
but there were to much movement involved that It was hard to create simple looping GIFs.
So I had to take another video in my room.
This was just practice, and I knew from the start that I would not like that shimmering of the keyboard.
Usage of Augmented Reality

Augmented reality is basically the view of the physical world and the augmented, computer generated sounds, scenes and informations combined.
It is similar to virtual world, but it happens in reality. Most of the time, all you need is a phone that has a camera attached to it, to use the augmented reality.
There are few ways to use this technologies in normal life.
One of the example would be shopping. It is not that great if you bought something that you think you like, but later, on realize that it does not fit your needs. You will be able to view and see what the product looks like on you or some places that you were thinking to put.
Second is decorating. As I said, you can view how products look on you and places.This means that you can also use augmented furnitures to try decorating your rooms. If you like what you decorated, you can buy the furniture to actually decorate the room. Without the pain to move all the furnitures around to view the furniture configurations, it would be easier to use augmented furnitures that can be moved around in the room with some finger touches.
Last one would be the maps and GPS. You are walking in the street, and will be able to see what street or buildings you are on with ur camera, and guide you to where you want to go. Or, just by looking at the buildings and stores on your camera, it will show the videos and informations to show what they have, and what they are good at. If technologies allow, it might even possible to put augmented reality systems in to glasses and lenses for easier use.

If I had to do it again, I would give people more clear hints that leads to the next hints.

Virtual Reality - Anti Monument
Article Response.
Monument is a structure or architecture that represents some event that happened or happening in our world. Most of them being the memorial. Anti-Monument is a monument that might express something that is very common, or something that represents things that are easily spotted in daily life. I was thinking few ideas for the project. Few of them being the fruits or drinks that I like, and some of them being the memorials of the battle/war that has not been noticed widely. Some of the ideas that were in my minds were very complcated and broad. After reading the article I thought my ideas that I had at that time were too broad that I had to narrow them down to more specific Ideas. I was more viewing this project to be realistic, but some of the abstract ideas could be very interesting to design and plan different anti-monument ideas.
First Idea - USS Arizona in DC.
USS arizona is in the reflecting pool with a hawian themed washington monument.
Second Idea - Dummy Monument
first draft. dummy museum.
Original idea was to make a room with multiple scenes of dummies crashing/breaking.
It was small, but I liked this idea.
So, Made it large.
Bascially its a scene where a dummy cube is falling and crashing into the ground and scattering around.
added textures to the ground and benches around the monument park.

base plat form : 50ft x 50ft
benches' size are more fit to sit on.
What is this a monument to? Event? Person? Object? Situation? It is Dummy Monument. For crash test dummies that have been protecting our safety since Would this make a plausible real monument, or could it ( and should it) only exist virtually? only in VR. the objects are flying around without enough support. What is it made of? Its made mostly with metallic cubes. Where is it located? (specifically!)

It has its own base, so it would not really affect the surroundings, so it would not very change in different areas. Would passers-by recognize your project as a monument? Some people might, but some people won't. It memorialize the millions of dummies that have been sacrificed due to protection test, which is for our safety.
